1.Saratoga Thoroughbred is offering a partnership
in a weanling by Good and Tough out of Qian Li Ma.
2. Total cost of
a share is $5000. This will cover all cost up to the sale
of the horse as a yearling.
3. One share
is worth 50% of the weanling.
3. We will sell
the colt as a yearling in one of the following Fasig Tipton
sales; The Preferred New York Yearling Sale at Saratoga Springs,
The New York State Breeders September Sale at Saratoga Springs,
or the Fasig Tipton October Yearling Sale at Timonium, Maryland
4. All proceeds of the sale of the horse will be
split 50/50 after the commissions and expenses of the auction
are taken out.

Good and Tough colt yearlings have averaged $24,750 this year.
